Challenge

Moneymint was a start-up when we collaborated in 2018. As it was an online platform, its success was majorly dependent on building brand awareness & authority, enhancing relationships & loyalty, driving organic traffic to the website, educating the audience, increasing engagement, and reducing the bounce rate. So, ensuring the quality of the content while optimizing it with SEO was my utmost priority. But how did I hit the mark?

What We Did

Together, we created a robust content creation strategy, and today, it has reached high traffic (0.5M+) on its website because of the compelling, unique, and superior-quality content writing service provided by our team.

Before writing on any topic, I study the competition and identify the purpose of the content. Then, I gather insights about the target audience, including their demographics, interests, pain points, and motivations.

As I have created a fictional representation of the prospects, I start doing keyword research with Ahrefs Keyword Explorer. This tool helped me select and ensure the keywords I selected would rank in the top 10 search results by analyzing their volume, competition, and search trends. Usually, I prefer using long-tail keywords that target a specific niche audience rather than short-tail keywords that target a broader audience.

After understanding who my target audience is and what they would expect from my content, I create the blog’s outline and insert relevant external & internal links to build the content’s authority. 

Another important thing I always check is the readability of the content and include a call to action when required. Once I check the strength and logic of the arguments, I edit the blog meticulously. This enabled me to double-check for any grammatical errors, the quality of the sources I used, and the scannability of the format. 

Yes, I also used vital tools that polished my final draft for better reader engagement. These include:
  1. CoSchedule (to write headlines that drive more clicks)
  2. Surfer SEO (to make content SEO optimized and ensure higher ranking in the search engine)
  3. Hemingway (for better readability)
  4. Grammarly (to remove language issues)
  5. Copyscape (for zero plagiarism)
  6. Canva (to design or create visual content to captivate audience attention)
  7. Copyleaks or ZeroGPT (to ensure the content does not look robotic)

However, with the emergence of AI-powered platforms, the way of working has undergone a significant transformation. Because of the shift in consumer behaviour and emerging technologies, incorporating the latest trends into my content creation strategy helped me stand out and build a loyal following. 

Perceiving this change, I started leveraging AI chatbots like ChatGPT, Jasper, Writesonic, and Merlin. Leveraging these tools does not mean that I gave AI direct control over my thought leadership, but gaining human autonomy and decision-making in the context of AI was the sole purpose. 

Being a content creator, I always strive for excellence, and following the current dynamic market trend, it is crucial to realise the synergy of human expertise and AI in organic marketing- evidently, which is a new paradigm!
